How to use the Anderson Power Pole connector

Determine your power stations input and output Anderson connectors by noting the locations on the power station and verifying with the user manual

Look at the adapter connected to your power source to see what orientation the cable needs to be changed

The red output of the cable will need to connect to the red input of the power station while the black output of the cable will need to connect to the black input of the power station

Pull back the silicone sheath of the Anderson connector

Use safety gloves as the connectors can be sharp

Hold the Anderson connector with your fingertips of both hands

Rotate the Anderson connector so the two connectors slide apart

Anderson connectors have tabs located on both black and red connectors that allow them to slide and lock to each other.

Twist the Anderson connector so the tabs of the Anderson connector match the input of your power station

Hold the Anderson connectors with your fingertips and rotate them so the tabs of both connectors slide into each other

Push the connectors so the top of each are level

Push the silicone sheath back above the connectors

Verify the orientation of the Anderson connector of your cable matches the orientation of your power station

CAUTION: You must determine if the output of your power source is compatible with the input of your power station. Not verifying these values can permanently damage your power station.
