Shipping policy

US-based Orders

All of our domestic orders are fulfilled from the USA.

Most orders are fulfilled within 1 business day of ordering. 

Items shipped with free shipping will ship via ground. In most cases they will ship from Salt Lake City, UT. 

International Orders

International orders will usually be fulfilled within 3 business days, and shipping method will be subject to Shade Stopper. For the best possible shipping rates, contact support@shadestopper.com with your shipping address and we can give you a custom rate quote. 

Shade Stopper will pass on the cost of the freight to the customer at the time of ordering, but the customer will be responsible for any duties or customs charges in their country.

In some cases, international customers can save money or time on shipping by purchasing our products through our Amazon store in their country or our US-based Amazon store, so please check there as well.
